This year, we're taking LAUNCH to the beautiful city

review meet-up!


Creating daily activities, and building upon them

chose Atomic Habits by James Clear as our first
book in the new WMH Book Club!


We will walk the Wilmington Downtown River Walk
to Riverfront Park and back, about a 30-minute
walk. (Rain back-up will be light/chair yoga
indoors). After walk/yoga, we will review Atomic
Habits and wrap up around 8:30 am just in time for
the vendor fair.
